(Day11)

(Day11) スタジオで朝6時からの練習行ってきた。朝は身体硬いし今日はなんか重くて大変だったけど何とか2時間頑張れたわ〜。 朝イチで練習するとその日のご飯の選択がヘルシーっぽくなるのはいいね〜。 まあ食べる量はすごいけどね。




(Day11) Went to morning practice at 6am at the studio. I felt a bit weak and not flexible enough but managed to practice for 2hrs. When practicing early in the day, it would help a better choice of what I eat for the day. I still need to learn the portion control...
