Something new..

2014年の事初め。
ライアンが習ってきたパン&お菓子レシピをもとに初めてパン作りに挑戦しました!
先生はライアン♪そしてアシスタントはアルアルさん♥️
ちょっと分量間違えたり、発酵温度間違えてたり?といい加減な感じのユルユルお菓子&パン作りだったけど楽しかった。
しかもパンは粉を混ぜるところから作ったよ。最近ではホームベーカリーで1次発酵まで作ってもらって楽チンパン作りもできるけど、あえて粉から混ぜてこねて発酵するのじぃ〜っと待ったよ。待ち時間にご飯食べたり、アルアルさんと遊んだり、長いプロセスだったけど、出来上がりをすぐにみんなで食べて美味しかったよ。
今回作ったパンはクリームパン。シュークリームみたいに真ん中にカスタードがたっぷり♥️お菓子はアーモンドのチュイール。
みんなで一緒に何かを作るのって楽しいよね。
初めてのパン作りは大成功!

First something new in 2014. I baked a bread.  Yes, I've never done this before.
I am not just a baker... I always think whole process of bread making is too long and never tired it before.
Ryan learned how to bake some, so he became my instructor, and Al became our assistant:)
Our bread and sweets making process wasn't quite serious. We measured some ingredients wrong (forgot to adjust our scale first..), and we didn't even know what temperature we used to raise bread.
However, we made everything from scratch. Mixing ingredients, kneading dough, waiting to raise and baking.  It took us a long time to bake everything but I didn't get bored because I was playing with AL for an entire time.
So, we baked "Custard Bread" and "Almond Tuiles"
My very first baking bread attempt was successful and yummy!!!
I had very good time making these.
And of course I had a great instructor

    1. I did enjoy making the bread! This was my first time, and maybe there is more to come.
      I might ask John to teach me how to make his special bread.
